Our sauces

Chili Day

This sauce is a Long red Cayenne and Chile de árbol  mix, with a hint of garlic. Great on eggs! Mild heat.

(The chile de árbol are the only purchased peppers we sell, they are not homegrown)Yet.

Summer's End

While Cayenne peppers can get hot, this version of a Cayenne sauce tones them down with honey and garlic. Warm heat, good for sandwiches.

Sera

For those who want the flavor without the heat, this very mild sauce is made with Serrano peppers.

Cocoa Loco

Bringing the unique flavor of Chocolate Habaneros to your table, Cocoa Loco is unlike anything you can buy in the supermarket! Medium/hot heat.

Cephalalgy

Ghost Pepper sauce. Literally meaning 'a painful headache', this one kicks, but with a flavor you will keep coming back for more. Very Hot.

Poor Life Decisions

This Scorpion pepper sauce has a great flavor if you have a decent heat tolerance. Very hot. Don't put on too much though... The name is not in jest.

The Reaper

Need I say more? The Carolina reaper holds the Guinness world record for the hottest super-hot pepper. This sauce held the title of my hottest sauce... until Inferno came along. Fiery heat.

Inferno

The hottest sauce we have made to date, 50% hotter than 'The Reaper', this Carolina Reaper sauce packs a punch so hard we had to put a caution label on it! Not for the faint of heart.
